Modern Day Dilemma..

Ok..so right now I'm at the age where drinking amongst teens is highly prevalent.. In my case I don't drink.. I could but do I choose to? No.. I don't.. It's ok for me if people can drink without acting a complete fool..but if you go to a party and your stumbling around and making out with random people that is just disgusting.. Then the next day you learn how much of a fool you made of yourself.. Some people just don't know how to act and it's quite bothersome.. Anyway that's it for my little rant.. TTYL my loves :)

Tweet Your Face Off 2011!

Hello my BB's.. So yesterday I attended an event called Tweet Your Face Off and I was fortunate enough to win a Luminess Air airbrush kit.. I was so ecstatic and I still am!

This airbrush kit came with a liquid blush, liquid bronzer and four shades of foundation that are not my shade but it's all good.. Hopefully I can practice on others possibly fairer then me..With my newly acquired airbrush machine I'll try to expand on my still blossoming make up expertise... Fashion Find of the Day!

Hey BB's.. So yesterday I attended this event called Tweet Your Face Off at Nas Photo and I came across this watch on the arm of Sharontina Brightman  that really caught my eye.. It was a pink watch with a bunch of small crystals that  changed according to the time.. When I saw this I was highly intrigued and had to look it up.. The watch that I saw is the Phosphor Appear Pink Crystal watch..

For me this watch is a must have.. It's unique and just simply to die for.. A watch of this caliber is sure to come with a pretty looking price tag.. The watch costs $249.. A little high for my meager student budget but with a lot of saving it shall be something I will acquire.. This wraps up my Fashion Find of the Day.. Stay tuned Beauty Babes!

Ruby Kisses HD Nail Polish Update..

Hey BB's, today is the second day of wearing the Ruby Kisses HD nail polish.. I acquired a little bit of chippage at the tip from opening boxes.. But otherwise the polish is lasting pretty well..another contribution to the chippage is that the tip of my nail is thicker due to the French tip I made.. I'll let you know how the polish is holding up next week if I don't get bored of it and change the color.. Stay tuned Beauty Babes!

Fabulous Finds!

Hey BB's, today's fabulous find is the Ruby Kisses HD nail polish. I came across this nail polish while rummaging through my mother's nail polish collection... What drew me to this polish was the colors.. The two colors I used were Mickey Mouse Me and Bold and the Beautiful.. Mickey Mouse Me is a taupe and opaque color.. Bold and the  Beautiful is a beautiful deep,rich and vibrant purple.. The application was smooth and not streaky.. One coat provided full coverage but I used two coats to ensure an added longevity to the polish life..  These polishes are relatively inexpensive for about $1.99 depending on where you go.. So this is what the polishes look like in the bottle and on my nails..

I attempted to do a tip with the Bold and the Beautiful on the fingers with the Mickey Mouse Me and a tip with the Mickey Mouse Me on the nail with the Bold and the Beautiful.. I painted my nails yesterday and so far i have had no chipping or peeling of the nail polish.. even after washing dishes.. To ensure a nice shine I use the Seche Vite top coat.. This top coat is fantastic.. It dries fast and leaves a shiny finish.. Stay tuned Beauty Babes for more fabulous finds and reviews!
